Is there an application deadline?
No. The application process is ongoing. We review applications as they come in and usually reply within a few days. A speculative application is worthwhile even without an advertised role.
What is the difference between employee and co-founder roles?
In employee roles you work in the team on our own products and on client projects. As a co-founder or venture partner you hold a stake in a specific venture and help build a company.
I have an idea but hesitate to start a company on my own. Can I get in touch?
Yes, that is what the venture partner role is for. You bring the idea, the industry or the sales, we bring product, technology and company-building experience. In the first conversation we check together whether it can become a company.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, remote-first, across the DACH region and beyond. Nobody has to work from an office. Sales roles include travel to client meetings.
Do you welcome career changers?
Yes. We care about what you can get moving. In sales and founder roles, drive and reliability often count for more than a particular degree.
