App development for companies – software that carries your processes.
In a business environment, different things matter than in the consumer store: reliability, clean permission concepts, integration with existing systems and a UI that works without training. We build business apps for your employees, your field service and your business partners – usable on any device, from iOS and Android to the desktop.
Integration
Connections to ERP, CRM, SAP-adjacent systems and databases via clean interfaces.
Roles & permissions
Permission concepts, logging and audit-proof processes considered from day one.
Offline-capable
Field service and factory floors don't always have reception – your app works anyway.
Typical company apps we develop.
The most valuable business apps are rarely spectacular – they replace paper, shouted instructions and Excel chaos with a clean digital process.
Internal tools for employees
Data capture, approvals, checklists, overviews – your teams' daily work steps as a fast, fault-tolerant app.
Field service & service technician apps
Jobs, documentation, photos, signatures and time tracking right on site – offline too, syncing as soon as there's a connection.
Portals for business partners
Orders, status queries and documents for customers and suppliers – without email ping-pong.
Dashboards & reporting
KPIs from your systems on the management phone and desktop – up to date instead of monthly.
Digitizing paper processes
Inspection reports, forms, site walkthroughs: what sits on clipboards today gets captured in a structured, analyzable way.
Replacing isolated Excel solutions
Organically grown Excel and VBA tools become multi-user applications with central data storage – our specialty.
What matters in company apps.
Consumer apps can afford to be pretty. Business apps have to be reliable – and still so simple that nobody needs a manual.
- Integration instead of isolation – Your app talks to ERP, CRM and databases – data is captured once, not typed in three times.
- Clean roles and permission concepts – Who may view, create or approve what? We define that before development, not after.
- Operational reliability – Monitoring, crash reporting and orderly update processes – your app is a work tool, not an experiment.
- Data protection & compliance – GDPR-compliant data handling, hosting in Germany/EU on request, traceable logging.
- Usability without training – If the field team doesn't understand the app, they won't use it. We design for everyday work, not for the showroom.

Paper, shouted instructions or Excel – where does it hurt most?
Describe the workflow that causes the most friction today – we'll sketch the right pilot for you, including integration with your existing systems.
From process problem to productive app.
Understand the process
We look at the as-is process – including the Excel files and paper forms that carry it today.
Concept & pilot scope
Instead of everything at once: the most valuable sub-process first, as a clearly defined pilot with an effort estimate.
Development with key users
Your employees test early on – building acceptance before the app is rolled out.
Rollout & integration
Distribution to devices, interfaces to existing systems, training where needed.
Operations & expansion
Monitoring, support and step-by-step expansion to further processes and departments.
Product quality from first-hand experience.
How seriously we take usability and reliability is demonstrated by our own app in the stores.
Pauly – dictate your shopping list
With Pauly, we run our own Flutter app: on-device speech recognition, offline operation without an account, real-time synchronization between devices. We apply the same quality standards – fast startups, robust offline capability, well-thought-out usability – to every company app.

Frequently asked questions about app development for companies.
Can you integrate our existing systems?
Yes – with company apps, that's almost always the decisive part. We connect ERP, CRM and inventory management systems as well as databases via defined interfaces (REST, database views, export/import). We also automate SAP-adjacent processes that are bridged with Excel today.
Does the app have to go into the public stores?
No. On request, we distribute internal apps via Apple Business Manager, Managed Google Play or your mobile device management – without a public store listing.
Does the app work without an internet connection?
Yes, if the place of use requires it. We build in offline capability with local data storage and automatic synchronization – important for field service, construction sites and factory floors.
How do you ensure data protection and security?
GDPR-compliant data processing, hosting in Germany or the EU, encrypted transmission, role and permission concepts, and logging. We define the concrete framework together with your IT department or data protection officer.
What does a company app cost?
That depends on scope and interfaces. Our approach: start with the most valuable sub-process as a pilot – a manageable budget, fast value, a solid foundation for expansion. After the initial call, you receive a concrete effort estimate.
Which process shall we digitize first?
Tell us about the workflow that costs the most time today – we'll tell you how an app improves it and what that costs.
