Small, deliberately so: a permanent core plus a network of specialists who join per project, so you talk to the people who build it. Partners are named up front, and we stay your contractual counterpart. We hire continuously with no application deadline, currently co-founders. Open roles are in the careers section.

We are a company builder: our own products and ventures, plus client projects that match our skills. Two roots came together beforehand, building our own apps and websites, and project management on IT, ERP and e-commerce programmes. We turn down programmes with several parallel teams, pure body leasing, and plans that need less than they are about to cost.

Our base is Dresden, Germany. Across the German-speaking region we come to you for workshops, kick-offs and working sessions; we have no office outside Dresden. Most of the work happens remotely, including with clients outside Europe. We work in German and English, both at project level.

The price follows the scope, and we know the scope after the first conversation. Where the scope is sharp we work to a fixed price, which is how the MVP validation sprint runs. Otherwise we bill for time against an agreed cap, invoiced monthly. The cost drivers for websites sit under Astro development cost.

Code, repository, hosting and store credentials, CMS and domain are in your name. We ask for the narrowest access that works, on our own accounts with two-factor authentication, and return it when the project ends. Credentials and personal data stay out of AI tooling. Usually a project or framework contract with a statement of work, a mutual non-disclosure agreement and, once personal data is involved, a data processing agreement. Delays get reported the moment they become visible, with a proposal attached. Anything we built that fails to work as agreed we fix under statutory warranty, without a new invoice.

A mutual non-disclosure agreement is fine with us before the first detailed conversation.

We take over existing projects after an audit of code, structure and dependencies; sometimes we advise against it. A first conversation runs thirty to forty-five minutes by video or phone and costs nothing. On working days we answer an enquiry within 24 hours, with an assessment attached.
