Business Building · MVP Validation · Fixed Price

Business building: prove it first, then invest.

The most expensive way to test a business idea is to build it out completely. The cheapest: an MVP validation sprint. Within a few weeks your idea gets a positioning, a brand, a landing page and real visitors from paid advertising – and you get numbers instead of opinions. This is exactly how we validate our own ventures before we invest bigger. At a fixed price, with a clear go/no-go at the end.

Proven on ourselves

We are a company builder: we validated our own portfolio companies following exactly this pattern – with our own money. Showcase projects on request.

Numbers instead of gut feeling

Click prices, inquiries, conversion: after the sprint you know what a lead costs in your market – the most important number in your business plan.

Fixed price & a clear end

Defined scope, defined duration, defined outcome: a decision report with a go/no-go recommendation. No endless consulting loop.

01 — Starting point

Why good ideas fail anyway.

Ideas are rarely in short supply – solid answers to the uncomfortable questions are:

Build for months, then hope

The classic route: first the finished product, then the market test. If demand fails to show up, budget and motivation are spent.

Feedback from friends and family

"Sounds great, I would buy it" – says everyone who does not have to pay. Real buying signals only come from real strangers with a real alternative.

Unknown acquisition costs

Whether a business model works often comes down to a single number: what does a customer cost? You do not learn that from the business plan, only from the market.

The agency builds, nobody owns the outcome

Website here, logo there, ads from someone else – in the end the idea has cost a lot and nobody can say whether it works.

02 — The sprint

The MVP validation sprint: everything the market test needs.

One fixed package instead of loose deliverables – from positioning to decision report, all from one team:

  • Positioning & offer – We sharpen target audience, value proposition and pricing logic to the point where they can be tested – half the battle in any validation.
  • Brand in sprint format – Name check, logo, colors and imagery: enough brand to appear credible – without a months-long branding process.
  • Conversion landing page – A fast, search-engine-clean page with a clear offer and contact/purchase funnel – properly developed by us, not clicked together.
  • Campaign & tracking – Google Ads on purchase-ready search terms or Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for audiences that aren't searching yet – depending on the model, both. Clean conversion tracking, set up GDPR-compliant, ad budget runs transparently through your own accounts.
  • Measurement phase with the real market – Several weeks of real visitors, real inquiries, real bounces. We fine-tune ads and page along the way instead of just watching.
  • Decision report – Click prices, conversion rate, cost per lead, learnings from inquiries – and our honest go/no-go recommendation with the sensible next steps.

Duration

Typically 6–10 weeks from kickoff to decision report – depending on market and measurement phase.

Investment

A fixed price for the sprint that you know before the start – plus your ad budget, which flows directly and transparently to Google.

Outcome

In the best case: proof + first leads + a finished foundation to scale on. In the second-best case: a no for little money instead of a lot.

What would an honest no be worth to you?

A failed product costs six figures. A sprint that delivers the same no costs a fraction – and a yes comes with customer inquiries included.

03 — Proven

We sell the method we invest with ourselves.

The sprint is not a consulting product from the drawing board – it is exactly how we launch our own business models: lean MVP, positioning, landing page, paid campaign, measurement phase – and only after the proof the bigger investment in SEO, expansion and new markets.

Several of our portfolio companies came to life exactly this way and are live in the market today – from a niche service with purely online acquisition to an app in the store. You'll find an overview in our portfolio.

Concrete showcase projects with numbers – click prices, cost per inquiry, time to go – we deliberately don't publish, but gladly share in the first conversation on request. Matched to your industry and your model, not as a glossy story.

Our own ventures

We validate with our own money following the same pattern – the method is daily practice, not a slide deck.

Portfolio

Our own projects and products are listed in the portfolio on the homepage.

On request

Showcase projects with real numbers and learnings – shared in the first conversation, matched to your plans.

04 — Product reference

And when the proof becomes a product: Pauly.

Own product · Reference

Pauly – dictate your shopping list

For us, business building does not end at the report: with Pauly we took our own product from idea all the way into the App Store and Google Play – Flutter app, brand, website and operations from one team. The same crew that validates your idea can then build and launch it.

05 — Process

How your validation sprint runs.

Idea & scoping

An initial call about idea, market and goals. We tell you honestly whether a sprint is the right instrument – and name the fixed price.

Positioning & brand

Target audience, offer, pricing logic, name check, logo and look – in compact working sessions with you, not behind closed doors.

Landing page & campaign

We build the page, set up tracking and the campaigns – Google Ads, Meta Ads or both – and go live, usually within a few weeks of kickoff.

Measure & refine

Several weeks of market contact: we optimize ads, search terms and the page and collect every inquiry as a learning.

Decision

The report is on the table: numbers, learnings, go/no-go. On a go we plan the build-out together – on a no-go you have saved wisely.

06 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions about business building.

What does the MVP validation sprint cost?

The sprint is a fixed-price package – positioning, brand, landing page, campaign setup, measurement phase and decision report. We name the concrete price after the initial call, because market and scope vary; it is fixed before the start. On top of that comes your ad budget, which runs transparently through your own ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Who is the sprint suited for?

For founders ahead of the big investment, for companies that want to test a new offering or a new market, and for anyone who has been carrying an idea around for months. It is not suited for models without a target audience reachable online – and we will tell you so in the initial call.

What if the validation turns out negative?

Then the sprint has done its job: you know now – for a fraction of the cost of a finished product. The report shows what it came down to (price, target audience, message, demand), and often a sharper second iteration of the idea emerges from it.

Do the landing page, brand and campaign belong to me afterwards?

Completely. Domain, page, logo, campaign structure and all data belong to you – the ads account runs in your name from day one. If you want to continue without us after the sprint, you can do so seamlessly.

Do you also build the product after a successful validation?

Yes – that is our core business: web, apps (Flutter, our own app in the store) and custom software, plus website build-out, SEO and further development. But you are not obligated to; the sprint is deliberately a self-contained package.

Do you also take stakes in ideas?

In exceptional cases, yes – as a company builder we consider equity models when idea, market and team convince us. The normal case, however, is the sprint as a clear service engagement; the result belongs 100% to you.

Your idea deserves a test instead of a guess.
