AI training for employees: start safely, not just tinker.

The compact entry point for your team – in a few hours up to a full day. No lecture, but training in workshop format: your employees learn the safe, confident use of AI, which data must never go into an AI tool, which AI systems are good for which task today, and where the state of the art really stands. By the end, everyone knows what they may do, what they can do – and why the next step is worth it. On site in Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz – on request throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland, or remotely.

Compact & tangible

A few hours up to a day, in workshop format: short inputs, plenty of hands-on trying on real examples – no hours of slide cinema.

Safety first

Before your team uses AI productively, it must be clear what belongs in no tool. Data protection and guardrails are not fine print with us, but the starting point.

From practice

We build with AI every day ourselves. What we show is the current state – demonstrated live, not quoted from studies.

01 — Starting point

When AI arrives in the company without training.

The tools have long been there – but without a shared foundation, exactly the risks arise that a short training prevents:

Company data in the wrong tool

Without rules, customer data, quotes and contracts end up in free AI services – a data protection and confidentiality risk that most people are not even aware of.

Blind trust in results

AI sounds convincing even when it is wrong. Whoever does not spot hallucinations carries errors unchecked into quotes, emails and decisions.

Everyone doing their own thing

Some use AI secretly, others not at all. Without a shared level of knowledge, there are neither best practices nor control.

Wrong tool, no benefit

Everything in the same chat window: whoever does not know which AI is good for which task tinkers briefly and is disappointed – the potential goes untapped.

Knowledge from the day before yesterday

Verdicts about AI often stem from tests two years ago. Without the current state, teams decide on an outdated basis.

Fear instead of competence

Uncertainty paralyzes: whoever has never been shown how AI helps safely avoids it – giving away exactly the relief the license is there for.

02 — Contents

What your employees learn in the training.

Four building blocks that everyone in the company should have heard once – compact, understandable and immediately applicable:

  • Safe, confident use of AI – How to use AI in daily work without falling into typical traps: check results, keep responsibility, understand AI as a draft – not as truth.
  • What never belongs in AI – The most important guardrail: customer data, personal data, trade secrets and contracts stay out. We give simple, memorable rules – aligned with your data protection requirements.
  • Which AI systems for what – An overview of the tools: chat assistants, research, image and document AI – which system is suited today for texts, reports, translations or minutes, and what it costs.
  • The current state of AI – What the models can really do today and where they fail – demonstrated live on everyday tasks, so that expectations become realistic instead of shaped by headlines.

Duration

Compact: a few hours up to a day, depending on depth and group size – up to about 12 people per group.

Format

Workshop-style: short inputs, trying things out together, room for the questions from your daily work.

Prerequisites

None. The training meets every experience level where it is – from skeptic to first-time power user.

Half a day that turns uncertainty into competence.

After the training, your team knows what is allowed, which tool is good for what, and how AI helps safely – the foundation for everything else.

03 — Afterwards

The training is the entry point – not the end.

An AI training creates the shared foundation: everyone on the team knows the rules, the tools and the current state. In our experience, something decisive then happens – employees recognize the concrete benefit for their own work. And exactly from that the next steps emerge:

  • AI workshop: When a team wants to use AI not only safely but productively in its own processes, we go hands-on into your real workflows in the AI workshop – from the quote to the report.
  • AI consulting: When questions about strategy, tool selection and investments come up at leadership level, AI consulting with the CEO briefing delivers the map.
  • AI automation: Where a recurring manual step is meant to become real relief, AI automation builds the right solution into your systems.

We do not sell any obligation to take the next step – but we are honest: a training that shows the benefit is the cheapest way to find out where AI is really worth it in your company.

Vendor-neutral

We sell no licenses and are tied to no vendor – what we show is what fits your tasks best.

A natural next step

Training, workshop, consulting and automation mesh together – you enter where it makes sense for your company.

On site across the DACH region

Trainings on site in Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz – on request throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland, otherwise remote.

04 — Process

How the AI training runs.

Short preliminary call

Industry, team size, level of knowledge and your data protection requirements: we clarify scope and focus areas – and adapt the examples to your daily work.

Training in workshop format

A few hours up to a day: safe use, data rules, tool overview and the current state – with live demos and room to try things out.

Handout & rules

Everyone leaves with a clear quick guide and the agreed data rules – for reference and for the next onboarding.

Next step (optional)

On request we recommend where a deeper workshop, consulting or a first automation is worth it – without obligation.

05 — FAQ

Frequently asked questions about AI training.

What does AI training cost?

The training is a fixed-price format: you know the investment before booking. The price depends on the duration (a few hours or a full day), number of groups and tailoring – after the short preliminary call you receive a concrete quote.

How long does the training take?

Compact: from a few hours up to a day. Half a day is often enough for a safe start; whoever wants to go deeper books a full day or an AI workshop straight away.

How does the training differ from the AI workshop?

The training creates the foundation for all employees – safe use, data rules, tool overview, current state. The AI workshop then goes hands-on into depth and applies AI concretely to a team's processes.

Do our employees need prior knowledge?

No. The training is the entry point and meets every experience level where it is – especially colleagues who have avoided AI so far.

Is the training built to be GDPR-compliant?

Yes – the safe handling of data is a core building block. We convey simple guardrails on which data must never go into an AI tool and align them with your data protection requirements. The training does not replace legal advice.

Do you come to our company?

Yes – on-site trainings are the norm, in Dresden, Leipzig and Chemnitz with short travel, and on request throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Remote also works very well.

Give your team the foundation – before AI happens without rules.

A short preliminary call is enough, and we tailor the training to your company. On site in Dresden, Leipzig, Chemnitz – or remote.
